We grow a selection of gourmet herbs for restaurants and markets.  All of our produce is ecologically grown in permaculture-designed systems – we use no artificial pesticides or fertilizers, instead relying on ecological soil management, integrated pest management, and creating a healthy and productive agroecosystem.
